• Review couple’s overall design/scheme to ensure correct execution on wedding day

• Go over vendor list, contract, and details

• Construct a detailed timeline for wedding day

• Facilitating ceremony rehearsal

WEDDING DAY

• Coordinate with all vendors and wedding party prior to the ceremony to ensure everyone is on schedule.

• Acting as Point Of Contact when issues arise.

• Vendor management on site

• Set up & organize decor at ceremony and reception location(s)

• Organize and set up all stations at site (i.e. guestbook, favors, place cards, menu, etc)

• Executing wedding ceremony processional

• Prep wedding party for the grand entrance

• Handling late arrivals & non-rsvp guests

• Distributing final vendor payments & gratuities as needed

• Post-reception: ensure all items for the couple are boxed and ready to go

• Post-reception: ensure all vendors are out by the given timeframe

• Facilitate load out
